Full-service car rental service

Summary

The tender concerns the full-service rental of one electric car for 36 months. The estimated value is EUR 27,000 excluding VAT, and the procurement is not divided into lots. The rental fee must cover delivery and registration, use, maintenance, technical inspection, taxes, insurance, normal-wear costs, tyres, 24-hour assistance, repair administration, a replacement vehicle and interior chemical cleaning. Price is the only award criterion, and the lowest-priced compliant bid will win. To participate, the bidder must demonstrate at least one equivalent full-service rental contract concluded between 2023 and the bid submission deadline, under which the service was provided continuously for at least 12 months. The bid must be submitted electronically together with the participation application, experience evidence, technical bid and financial bid.
