Fuel purchase

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of fuel in three lots: petrol, diesel fuel and AdBlue fluid. Bids may be submitted for one or all lots. The estimated total value is EUR 139,000 excluding VAT: EUR 13,000 for petrol, EUR 125,000 for diesel fuel and EUR 1,000 for AdBlue. Each lot will be contracted for 12 months or until the contract value is exhausted. The products must be available through fuel cards at stations in Daugavpils and, according to the technical specification, at least two stations in the city of Daugavpils; the cards must be issued free of charge. Bids must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 10:00 local time. The evaluation gives 30% to the contract price before discount and 70% to the fixed discount rate.
