Employees’ health insurance

Summary

The tender concerns health insurance for the employees of SIA “Rīgas 2. slimnīca” for one year from 19 October 2026. The expected number of insured employees is 320, but the technical specification also states 325 ±10% and the draft contract refers to 315 employees; the bidder should clarify this discrepancy with the contracting authority. The insurance must cover outpatient and inpatient care, statutory patient co-payments, diagnostics, dental care and other services described in the tender documents. The procurement is not divided into lots, and one tender may be submitted for the full scope. The tender must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026. Offers will be scored out of 100 points based on coverage quality, benefit limits, the number of contracted healthcare providers, service functionality, the prices of the core programmes and supplementary programmes. The annual premium for one insured person under Core Programme I may not exceed EUR 310.
