Fuel purchase at filling stations

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of fuel at filling stations. The estimated 12-month volume is up to 20,000 litres of unleaded E95 or E98 petrol, or an equivalent product, and up to 45,000 litres of diesel fuel. The supplier must provide a filling-station network consisting of at least 3 stations within 5 km of the Riga Free Port boundary and at least 1 station in each of the following areas: Liepaja or Dienvidkurzeme, Ventspils or Ventspils municipality, Talsi or Tukums municipality, and Adazi, Saulkrasti or Limbazi municipality. The contract is expected to run for 36 months and may be extended by 12 months if the total contract amount of EUR 390,000 has not been reached. The tender must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 10:00 Latvian time. Tenders are evaluated on a 100-point basis: price accounts for 70 points and the percentage discount for 30 points.
