Occupational safety process management service, solution development and maintenance

Summary

The tender covers occupational safety process management, development and maintenance of a digital occupational safety information system, and occupational safety consulting services for 36 months in Riga. The system must support, among other things, risk and accident management, electronic document processing, mandatory health examinations, briefings, e-learning, reporting and integration with Horizon. The estimated total value is up to EUR 138,000 excluding VAT and the procurement is not divided into lots. The bidder must submit one complete tender electronically, including technical and financial proposals, and be ready to demonstrate the system for up to 60 minutes. Tenders will be evaluated on a 100-point basis: price 40 points, system functionality and usability 50 points, and the approach to organizing the audit 10 points.
