Provision of photography services

Summary

The tender covers photography services for Riga municipal events, officials, employees, participants, portraits and infrastructure, including drone photography and post-processing where required. The estimated maximum contract value is EUR 20,000 excluding VAT, and the contract will run for 12 months or until the amount is exhausted. Services must be available every day and around the clock, including for up to three events taking place simultaneously; photographs must normally be delivered within three hours. The bidder must demonstrate the required turnover, previous experience and availability of at least three qualifying photographers. Price is the only award criterion, and the bid must be submitted electronically through the procurement system.
