Rail Baltica Global Project reliability, availability, maintainability and safety (RAMS) consultation services

Summary

The tender concerns RAMS (reliability, availability, maintainability and safety) consultancy services for the Rail Baltica Global Project. A single framework agreement will cover Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, with an estimated value of EUR 2,730,000 excluding VAT and an expected completion by the end of 2030, subject to possible extension. The procurement is not divided into lots and variants are not allowed. The bidder must demonstrate the required financial standing, railway RAMS project experience, ISO 9001-compliant quality management and a qualified team of five key experts. The proposal must include technical and financial proposals, evidence of qualification or the European Single Procurement Document, expert and reference-project information, and details of relied-on entities and subcontractors. Proposals must be submitted electronically in English or Latvian, with an English translation if Latvian is used. Financial rates and additional expert experience are each worth 50 points.
