Supply of innovative educational furniture for children aged 0–6

Summary

The contract covers the supply of innovative educational and nursery furniture and the fittings specified in the project, including transport, unloading, internal handling, assembly and installation at four nursery and early-childhood education sites in Curinga and Filadelfia. The work also includes adjustments, functional tests where needed, packaging removal, final cleaning, handover of technical documents, support during inspections and warranty service. The procurement consists of one lot, with an estimated value of €308,800.22 excluding VAT. The deadline for electronic submission is 12:00 on 15 October 2026. The standard completion period is 50 consecutive days and may be reduced in the offer to as few as 40 days; completion must allow inspections and reporting to be finished by the funding programme deadline of 31 December 2026. Offers are evaluated on the best quality-price ratio, with up to 80 points for the technical offer and 20 for price. The technical offer is assessed on matters including furniture flexibility and educational value, quality, durability and environmental performance, room design, acoustic comfort, delivery organisation and user guidance. All proposed improvements must be evidenced and included in the offered price. Bidders must hold a relevant registration, demonstrate turnover of at least €300,000 and have completed comparable furniture supplies worth at least €150,000 in total during the preceding ten years. The offer must include a €6,176 provisional guarantee and payment of the 2026 ANAC fee of €33.
