Summary

This document is the avvalimento declaration prepared for the Podargoni public housing renovation project under an open procedure below the EU threshold. The undersigned, as the auxiliary operator, declares possession of general and technical qualifications and provides a precise list of resources to be supplied under avvalimento; commits to making the necessary resources available for the duration of the contract; and undertakes not to participate in the same tender as an auxiliary. The declaration and attachments must be digitally signed.
