Maintenance of onboard technology for public transport vehicles

Summary

The tender covers 48 months of maintenance for onboard technology in the ATM and NET public transport fleets in Milan. The work includes first-level scheduled and breakdown maintenance, as well as upgrades and retrofits, for AVM systems, depot initialization stations for ticket validators, public-address systems, onboard cabling, video surveillance, infotainment and radio-controlled point systems. It also includes removing systems from vehicles withdrawn from service or due for disposal. The estimated total value is €4,492,620 excluding VAT, including €13,212 in fixed, non-discountable safety costs. Bidders must complete a mandatory site visit, meet the turnover, contract experience, relevant experience and ISO certification requirements, and provide at least 10 suitably qualified technicians for contract performance. Bids must be submitted in Italian through the electronic platform and include administrative, technical and financial submissions, together with a €89,852.40 tender guarantee. Bids are evaluated on the best price-quality ratio: the technical proposal carries up to 70 points and price up to 30 points.
