Service-based supply of diagnostic systems and consumables for serology testing

The contract covers the 24-month service-based supply of diagnostic systems for serology and other specialist infectious disease investigations for ASL BT laboratories, together with the diagnostic reagents and consumables needed to perform the tests. The single lot includes making the equipment available for use, providing all necessary accessories, and supplying full-risk maintenance and technical support, including spare parts. The estimated amount for the initial 24-month supply is €3,200,000, with a further €3,200,000 provided for a possible 24-month renewal. The estimated total contract value, including €380 in interference safety costs, is €6,400,380 excluding VAT. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. Products must be delivered within five days of receipt of an order; damaged or non-functioning products must be replaced no later than 24 hours after notification.
