The French Office for Biodiversity is procuring administration and facilitation services for PLUMH, the Unified Wetland Data Platform. The work covers user and access management, geographic and other data, forms, anomalies, validation and publication, editorial content, user support, guidance materials, indicators, and the integration and correction of data in legacy formats.
