Renovation of staff changing rooms and construction of a rooftop extension at the Opéra Bastille

Summary

The Opéra national de Paris is procuring works to renovate the staff changing rooms and build a rooftop extension at the Opéra Bastille. The procurement covers lots 7–9: timber framing, roofing and cladding; exterior joinery; and waterproofing and landscaping. The project will renovate all levels of the changing-room area, create naturally lit relaxation areas and an outdoor space, and improve access between levels with stairs and lifts. The works are scheduled to last 24 months.
