Roof refurbishment at Saint-Étienne Prison

Summary

The Lyon regional directorate of prison services is procuring roof refurbishment works at Saint-Étienne Prison in La Talaudière. The contract is divided into three separate lots: demolition and removal of steel roof sheets and timber frames; masonry, including parapets and a rooflight opening; and waterproofing, roof insulation, and installation of access and security metalwork. The main works cover the flat roofs of the women’s unit, the smaller unit, Buildings A and B, and the electrical room; an optional tranche may cover the roof of the workshop adjoining Building B.
