Bourges Plus is procuring new works and major repairs to public lighting and traffic signal systems, as well as public lighting maintenance and upkeep. The procurement re-launches lot 2 for public lighting maintenance and upkeep. A 12-month framework agreement will be performed through orders at unit prices and may be extended under the conditions set out in the tender documents.
