Construction of escalators and canopies on the platforms at Bourg-Saint-Maurice railway station

Summary

Three outdoor escalators with canopies will be built on the platforms at Bourg-Saint-Maurice railway station, functionally replacing existing fixed stairs and connecting the passenger platforms to the footbridge. Two escalators are included in the base scope, and a third is optional. The equipment is intended for heavy passenger traffic, travellers with luggage, mountain-climate conditions and an operational railway environment; the works are to take eight months.
