Conversion of the former young workers’ residence into a social care children’s home

The Houve and Pays Boulageois Community of Communes is seeking renovation works to convert the former young workers’ residence at 20 chemin du Velling in Boulay-Moselle into a social care children’s home. The lots cover external works, demolition and structural work, façade insulation, removal of the asbestos-containing roof and installation of new roofing and waterproofing, interior and exterior finishes, and electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation and sanitary installations.
