Event organisation support services for INRS events

Summary

INRS is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for support in organising events, including hybrid technical days, scientific congresses, colloquia and symposia. The services include creating and hosting event websites, managing registrations and submissions of presentation proposals, handling payments and accounting, providing on-site logistics, and sourcing event partners.
