The joint authority for the Pays Basque and Seignanx territorial plan is procuring a 24-month study to develop a practical decision-support tool for local authorities deploying Nature-Based Solutions. The work includes analysis of the territory and its vulnerabilities, strategic mapping, and comparison of solutions suited to different local contexts. Deliverables include action sheets, implementation recommendations and reusable geographic data. The contract is not divided into lots.
