Household and similar waste collection and transport

Summary

The Alsace Bossue Community of Municipalities is procuring, as a single lot, the collection and transport of household and similar waste across its 45 municipalities. The core scope covers mixed household waste and bio-waste from households, businesses and two campsites, as well as waste from cemeteries and wastewater treatment plants; the planned 2027 quantities are 3,400, 900 and 90 tonnes respectively. Three optional phases allow changes to collection frequency, separate collection of residual household waste and bio-waste, and pay-per-lift charging for residual household waste. The initial contract term is 48 months, with three possible one-year extensions.
