Road resurfacing works using emulsion asphalt and surface dressing

Summary

The Haute-Vienne Departmental Council is procuring resurfacing works on the departmental road network using emulsion asphalt and surface dressing for the wearing course. Works may also cover internal roads at the department’s various sites. This is a single-supplier framework agreement with no lots; the maximum value is EUR 6,000,000 excluding VAT for the initial period, with the same maximum for each renewal period. The initial term is one year, renewable up to three times for one year each, for a maximum total term of four years.
