Framework agreement for urban development project scheduling, management and coordination

Summary

SPL Euralille is procuring scheduling, management and coordination services for urban development projects under a framework agreement. The work includes coordinating the activities of different project owners and utility operators, managing construction areas and shared spaces, and planning road, utility and other development works. The procurement is divided into two lots: Concorde / Oliveaux and Euralille–Deûle, Porte de Valenciennes, Saint-Sauveur, Pépinière and Haute Borne. Each lot runs for one year and may be renewed three times, for a maximum total term of four years; the maximum value for each lot over the full term is EUR 800,000 excluding VAT.
