Supply and laying of emulsion-treated aggregate on the departmental roads of Charente-Maritime

Summary

The Charente-Maritime Department is procuring, under a framework agreement, the production, transport and laying of emulsion-treated aggregate and bituminous emulsion concrete on departmental roads. The works include road-surface levelling and strengthening, surfacing and related tasks such as traffic management, verge repairs and adjustment of road fixtures. The procurement is divided into two lots: the Echillais and Jonzac area, and the Saint-Jean-d’Angély and Marennes area. The framework agreement starts in 2027, may run for up to four years including extensions, and has an annual ceiling of EUR 2,000,000 excluding VAT for each lot.
