Operation and maintenance of building systems at the Amboise and Château-Renault hospital sites

Summary

The contracting authority is procuring operation, control and maintenance of the heating, climate-control and ventilation systems and hot-water production equipment in the buildings of the Intercommunal Hospital of Amboise and Château-Renault. The scope also covers water treatment, measures to manage Legionella risk, and pressure and depressurisation control systems in certain rooms. The contract covers the hospital, care-home and other listed sites in Amboise and Château-Renault; it is a single, unlottted contract with a maximum value of EUR 600,000 excluding VAT. It runs for 48 months, planned from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030.
