Maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems at the Vernouillet and Saint-Remy-sur-Avre swimming pools

Summary

The Pays de Dreux urban community is procuring operation, routine maintenance (P2) and a full-service guarantee (P3) for the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems at the swimming pools in Vernouillet and Saint-Remy-sur-Avre. The planned contract period is 72 months, with four possible renewals of 12 months each. The scope also includes four possible additional services: air-conditioning for the entrance halls, an audit of solar heat gains in those halls, refurbishment of the radiator heating circuit at the Vernouillet pool, and installation of pool-cover sheets.
