Conversion of the former Suchet barracks into an extension of the Juliette Récamier school

Summary

SEM SERL, acting on behalf of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, is procuring rehabilitation and construction works to convert the former Suchet barracks in Lyon into an extension of the Juliette Récamier upper secondary school. The section along Smith Street will be refurbished, while the section beside Place des Archives will be demolished and rebuilt; the works cover demolition, construction and finishing, building services and external areas. The contract is not divided into lots, and the contractor will also undertake the organisation, management and coordination of the works.
