Design services for the energy renovation of Bouxières Elementary School

Summary

The Municipality of Thaon-les-Vosges is procuring design and project-management services for the energy renovation of Bouxières Elementary School. The 36-month, single-lot contract covers studies and design for improved summer and winter comfort, replacement and heat protection of exterior windows across three floors, heating and ventilation, safety upgrades including emergency stairs, lowered ceilings and energy-saving lighting. The study will also consider wall insulation, possible sanitary facilities on the first floor and access to the second-floor accommodation. The contract includes mandatory additional services for construction scheduling and coordination (OPC) and fire-safety-system coordination (SSI).
