Support for rationalising the DGPIE information system

Summary

The French National Research Agency (ANR) is procuring a single-lot, 18-month framework agreement to support rationalisation of the DGPIE information system. The work covers improving data reliability, cleaning and documenting indicators, optimising SAP BusinessObjects and preparing for Power BI; establishing shared data governance, integrating sources such as HAL, Freesia and SIRET, and consolidating scattered Excel files; and supporting change through training, documentation, methodological materials and knowledge transfer. The framework has an estimated total value of €100,000 excluding VAT and a maximum value of €139,999 excluding VAT.
