Public service concession to manage four early-childhood facilities and a parent-child reception centre

Summary

The municipality of Chennevières-sur-Marne is seeking a five-year public service concession, from 1 September 2027 to 31 August 2032, to equip, manage and operate four early-childhood facilities with a total of 140 places for children aged 0–4, as well as a parent-child reception centre. The facilities comprise Les Petits Meuniers (60 places), Jean Deplus (20), La Coccinelle (20) and the family nursery La Bergamote (40); care includes regular, occasional and emergency places, including for children with disabilities and families on integration pathways. The concessionaire will carry out the required compliance works at La Coccinelle, while the municipality plans to relocate Jean Deplus in 2028; the estimated concession value is €18 million. The four childcare facilities are generally to operate Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for at least 46 weeks per year, and the reception centre is open on Monday mornings.
