Advisory services to identify compensation sites for protected-species habitats and wetlands affected by national road projects in Hauts-de-France
Summary
The French State’s regional environment and housing directorate is procuring project-management support to identify compensation sites for residual impacts on protected-species habitats and wetlands arising from national road investment projects in Hauts-de-France, except for the RN2 section between the Beaufort interchange and Bas-Lieu. The services include land searches and site screening, feasibility and ecological assessments, prioritisation of sites, compensation objectives and restoration, management and monitoring proposals, GIS-compatible site records, and communication with partners and steering committees. The single-provider framework agreement has no lots and runs for 12 months, with up to three 12-month renewals; its maximum total value is EUR 4.8 million including VAT.
