Cleaning services at various sites of the Marne Department

Summary

The Marne Department is procuring cleaning services for premises at its sites in 10 lots. Lots 1–9 cover regular cleaning at departmental offices, social-service and road-service facilities, libraries, archives and other buildings in Châlons-en-Champagne, Reims and other locations across the department. Lot 10 covers occasional and one-off cleaning throughout the department. Lots 1–9 are planned for an initial one-year period from 22 January 2027 or the date of notification, with three possible one-year renewals. Lot 10 is a framework agreement for up to four years, with an estimated value of €30,000 excluding VAT and a maximum of €50,000 excluding VAT for each one-year period.
