The Municipality of Villers-Cotterêts is procuring a single, non-divided insurance contract covering financial risks arising from its statutory obligations to CNRACL-affiliated permanent and trainee staff. Coverage includes death, work-related accidents and illnesses, long-term sick leave, maternity, adoption and paternity leave, together with claims management and contract monitoring. The initial term is 12 months, with up to three 12-month renewals, for a maximum term of 48 months; an optional extension covering ordinary sick leave with a fixed 30-day deductible is also included.
