Heating system renewal and building management controls at Jules Verne School

Summary

The City of Laval is procuring works to renew the internal heating network and install building-services control automation at Jules Verne School, divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers structural and finishing works, while Lot 2 covers heating, automation and electrical works. The scope includes, among other things, removing existing radiators and pipework, installing new heating distribution networks and radiators, upgrading automation and electrical connections, and reinstating ceilings, walls and floor finishes affected by the works. A site visit is compulsory, and proof of the visit must accompany the bid.
