Renewal of wastewater and drinking-water networks in Quéven and Larmor-Plage

Summary

The contract covers the renewal of wastewater and drinking-water pipelines in two separate lots: Lot 1 in the Amiral Ronarc’h district of Quéven and Lot 2 in the village of Quelisoy in Larmor-Plage. The works include excavation, removal of old pipes, installation of new pipes, connections, manholes and related infrastructure, and reinstatement of road surfaces and landscaping. Lot 1 includes, among other works, PEHD drinking-water pipes and polypropylene wastewater pipes, as well as sections of stormwater drainage. Lot 2 provides for a ductile-iron drinking-water main and polypropylene wastewater pipes. A bidder may be awarded only one lot, although it may submit an offer for both. The anticipated contract duration is 24 months. The execution period is 12 months for Lot 1 and 6 months for Lot 2, in each case plus a one-month preparation period. Offers must be submitted electronically by 10 November 2026 at 12:00. The evaluation weights are technical merit 40%, price 50% and environmental performance 10%. Bidders must provide the required qualification information and, for each lot, pricing documents, a technical response, a materials-tracking table and a completed gender-equality questionnaire. A base offer is mandatory; variants concerning materials are prohibited.
