Insurance services for the Oise Energy Syndicate

Summary

The tender covers insurance contracts for the Syndicat d’Energie de l’Oise in four lots: damage to buildings and property and related risks; liability and related risks; motor vehicles and related risks; and legal expenses cover for the organisation, its employees and elected representatives. The contracts start on 1 January 2027 and run for 48 months, until 31 December 2030. The submission deadline is 18 November 2026 at 12:00 noon. Bidders may submit for one or more lots, but must provide a separate tender for each lot. The base solution is mandatory and freely proposed variants are not permitted; reservations and comments must be clearly identified. Tenders must be submitted electronically in French. Offers will be assessed on technical merit (50%), price (45%) and corporate social responsibility (5%). Applicants must demonstrate the required professional, technical and financial capacity and provide evidence of the insurer’s or intermediary’s authority to operate.
