Energy and technical studies for buildings owned by SICECO members, 2027–2031

Summary

SICECO is procuring energy and technical studies for existing municipal and inter-municipal buildings owned by its member authorities. The services include summer-comfort studies, conventional and Effilogis-type energy audits, energy performance certificates, audit summary sheets, reports under the tertiary-sector energy-efficiency scheme, and technical assessments of existing heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and building-management systems. The procurement is divided into two geographic lots, each covering nine local authorities, under a four-year framework agreement with a maximum value of EUR 1.2 million per lot.
