Collection, transport and treatment of chemical waste
Summary
The University of Toulouse is procuring, in five lots, the collection, transport and treatment of chemical waste, together with documents certifying its destruction. The lots cover ordinary chemical waste, expired laboratory chemicals, special chemical waste, empty containers contaminated with chemicals, and laboratory glass waste. Services are to be performed at sites in Toulouse, Auch, Castres and Tarbes and include compliant collection, transport and treatment; bidders must describe their technical approach and price every applicable line in the schedule for the lot concerned. This is a framework agreement of up to 48 months, with an overall maximum value of EUR 730,000. Lots 1, 2, 4 and 5 will each have a single framework contractor; lot 3 may have up to three framework contractors, with subsequent contracts awarded for specific orders. The technical quality criterion carries 60% and price 40%; the three technical subcriteria are set out in the tender documents. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 9 November 2026 and remain valid for 120 days. Lots 1 and 3 include a social employment clause requiring at least 35 hours of employment-integration work per EUR 50,000.
