Management and operation of family daycare centres in Loire-Atlantique

Summary

The contract covers the management and operation of two 20-place family daycare centres in the Loire-Atlantique department: one in Nantes and one in Saint-Nazaire. The service is for children under six who are receiving a child-protection-related service or measure. Children are cared for in family childminders’ homes, with group sessions held once or twice a week to support children’s development and socialisation and provide professional guidance for childminders. Under a contract review clause, each centre’s capacity may be increased to a maximum of 29 places. The contract runs for one year and may be automatically renewed three times, for a total term of up to four years. Bidders may submit offers for both lots and may be awarded both. Offers are assessed on technical quality (65%), environmental performance (5%) and price (30%). Bidders must provide evidence concerning their workforce and management, technical resources, relevant qualifications and experience, balance sheets where legally required, and professional liability insurance.
