Fence and gate construction and maintenance for the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille

Summary

The procurement covers the construction, replacement and maintenance of fences, gates and access-control equipment across the eastern and western basins of the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille and the Sauze port site. The work includes the necessary materials, equipment and labour. The contract is divided into two lots: the eastern basins and the western basins. Each lot has an estimated value of EUR 5,000,000, for a total estimated value of EUR 10,000,000. The framework agreement will run for 48 months, with a planned start date of 1 February 2027. Work will be paid at unit and lump-sum prices, which are adjustable. Tenderers must attend a mandatory site visit and submit their bids electronically by 12:00 on 10 November 2026. Contract performance is subject to social and environmental conditions detailed in the tender documents.
