Preparation and delivery of chilled meals to early childhood facilities

Summary

The tender covers the preparation and delivery of chilled meals to three early childhood facilities in Auterive, Cintegabelle and Miremont. The service includes meals for children aged 4 months to 3 years, snacks for babies and young children, and picnic meals. Estimated annual quantities are 1,642 meals for children aged 4–12 months, 1,913 for those aged 12–18 months, and 10,824 for children over 18 months. Meals must be available puréed, finely mashed or chopped, and in pieces; an emergency reserve stock must also be provided. Bidders must also account for the provision of different varieties of bread and optional jars of vegetable purée. This is a framework agreement with one operator, planned for 12 months from 1 February 2027, with up to three extensions.
