Maintenance of technical installations and security systems at the Angers, Laval and Le Mans courthouses

Summary

The procurement has three lots: maintenance of the technical installations at the Angers courthouse (Lot 1); maintenance of the technical installations at the Laval courthouse and Le Mans judicial complex (Lot 2); and maintenance of intrusion detection, access-control and video-surveillance systems at the courthouses in Angers, Laval and Le Mans (Lot 3). Lot 3 covers PACOM systems and requires the relevant authorisation. The contract is scheduled to start on 4 January 2027 and may run for up to 48 months: an initial two-year term followed by two possible one-year extensions. Bids must be submitted electronically, and variants are not permitted. Bidders may submit offers for all three lots, and bids must remain valid for 120 days. Evaluation weights are 55% for organisational and technical value, 35% for financial value, and 10% for environmental value and corporate social responsibility.
