Summary

The Paris Social Action Centre (CASVP) is procuring advisory and support services for employees who need professional redeployment because of medical incapacity or disability. The contract is a single-supplier framework agreement, performed through orders as needs arise. Its initial term is 2 years, with one possible 2-year extension. The minimum value for the first 2 years is EUR 25,000 and the maximum is EUR 100,000, excluding VAT; the maximum overall term is 4 years and the total contract value is capped at EUR 200,000, excluding VAT. Tenders will be assessed on technical merit (55%), price (40%) and environmental performance (5%). The contracting authority may award the contract on the basis of initial tenders without negotiations, or negotiate with the three highest-ranked tenderers following the initial evaluation.
