Insurance services for the Community of Municipalities of the Guebwiller Region

Summary

The tender covers insurance services for the Community of Municipalities of the Guebwiller Region in four lots: property damage and related risks; liability and related risks; motor vehicles and related risks; and legal expenses cover for the local authority, its staff and elected representatives. The contracts run for four years from 1 January 2027. For Lots 2 and 3, bids must cover both the base solution and the additional cover for environmental risks or machinery breakdown, respectively; the contracting authority may decide whether to order the additional cover. Lots 1 and 4 require a bid for the base solution. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9 November 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are technical merit (50 points), price (45 points) and corporate social responsibility (5 points). Bidders must provide an ORIAS certificate and an ACPR link, together with evidence of the technical and professional capacity described in the tender documents.
