Tender detail
Occupational health and safety training
Summary
The tender concerns occupational health and safety training for employees of Syndicat Mixte du Point Fort in the Manche department. It is divided into five lots: training in operating machinery and equipment, including preparation for CACES tests; initial and refresher workplace first-aid training (SST); electrical safety qualification training; first- and second-response fire safety training; and transport training, including road theory, C, CE and B96 driving licences, and FIMO and FCO courses. Bidders may tender for multiple lots but must submit a separate offer for each lot. All lots may be awarded to one bidder. This is a framework agreement performed through purchase orders. The initial term starts on 1 January 2027 and lasts one year. It may be expressly renewed twice for 12 months each, up to a maximum total term of 36 months. Annual ceilings, excluding VAT, are: Lot 1, EUR 18,000; Lot 2, EUR 4,000; Lot 3, EUR 12,000; Lot 4, EUR 3,500; and Lot 5, EUR 10,500. The estimated total value across all lots is EUR 144,000. Prices are unit rates and payment is based on training actually delivered; the framework does not give the contractor exclusive rights to all of the buyer’s requirements. Bidders must provide the requested turnover, balance sheet, workforce, previous-service and professional-qualification information, and complete the mandatory technical response framework and price schedules. The technical response must describe, among other matters, training organisation and content, instructor competence, assessment, contingency arrangements and environmental measures. The submission deadline is 6 November 2026 at 18:00.
