Reconstruction works for the school complex in Valloire

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of the school complex on Rue des Boriots in Valloire. The works are expected to take 28 months and are divided into 21 lots: earthworks and roads and utilities; general building works; timber structures, roofing, sheet-metal work and façades; waterproofing; external timber joinery; steel structures and metalwork; internal timber joinery and fitting-out; furniture; partitions, linings and suspended ceilings; screeds; tiling; resilient floor coverings; painting and wall coverings; lift; high- and low-voltage electrical installations; plumbing, heating and ventilation; landscaping; kitchen and self-service restaurant equipment; cleaning; photovoltaic systems; and geothermal drilling. Site visits are mandatory for lots 3, 4, 5/7 and 9, and optional for the other lots. The deadline for receipt of tenders is 9 November 2026 at 12:00.
