Manufacture and supply of hot asphalt mix for a rapid-response roadwork paver

Summary

The tender covers the manufacture and supply of hot asphalt mix for a rapid-response roadwork paver. Production must take place at one or more plants located within 50 km of Le Mans Town Hall; additional plants farther away may be used if a worksite is closer to them than to the main plant. Supplies must be available each year from 1 March to 30 November, with a maximum quantity of 16,000 tonnes per period. A single-supplier framework agreement with no minimum quantity will be awarded and performed through orders.
