Cleaning services for courts within the jurisdiction of the Montpellier Court of Appeal

Summary

The contract covers cleaning the premises, including windows, of courts within the jurisdiction of the Montpellier Court of Appeal, and supplying cleaning products and consumables. Prices for additional services to be ordered separately will also be established. The procurement is divided into four geographical lots: Hérault, Aude, Pyrénées-Orientales and Aveyron. The contract is for one year, renewable three times for one-year periods, with a maximum duration of four years. The bid must be submitted electronically in French by 16 November 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for 120 days. Tenderers must provide an application letter and candidate declaration, evidence of financial and technical capacity, a price breakdown and a technical proposal addressing the evaluation criteria. Bids are assessed on price (55%), technical quality (35%) and environmental value (10%). Tenderers must describe environmental measures and commit to a specified proportion of labelled cleaning products.
