Meal preparation and stock management for the Yonne Departmental Children’s Home

Summary

The tender covers on-site meal preparation for the children and staff of the Yonne Departmental Children’s Home in Auxerre. The contractor will prepare meals on the premises and arrange their handover from the kitchen; where required, the contractor will also distribute meals and provide certain ancillary services. The contractor is responsible for stock management and for supplying the necessary condiments, labour, and equipment and materials not provided by the home. The service must be provided seven days a week, 365 days a year, including public holidays. The framework agreement has an initial term of one year and may be renewed three times for the same duration, for a maximum total term of 48 months. The maximum value is EUR 250,000 excluding VAT per year and EUR 1,000,000 excluding VAT over the full possible term. Tenderers must carry out a mandatory site visit.
