Spare parts for the WAM mixer and KOCH sludge conveyors at the Reims wastewater treatment plant

Summary

The procurement covers spare parts for the WAM mixer and KOCH sludge conveyors at the Reims wastewater treatment plant; the second lot also includes occasional maintenance of the KOCH conveyors. Bidders may tender for one or both lots. This is a four-year framework agreement, with maximum values, excluding VAT, of EUR 30,000 for WAM mixer spare parts and EUR 50,000 for KOCH spare parts and maintenance. There is no minimum order volume. Delivery must meet the bidder’s proposed schedule and may not exceed 70 calendar days after receipt of an order. Tenders must be submitted electronically in French by 9 November 2026 at 17:00 and remain valid for five months. Each tender must include the contract form and annexes, a price schedule and catalogues, and an explanatory tender memorandum. Technical quality and price are evaluated, with environmental performance also assessed for the second lot. Bidders must demonstrate their financial and technical capacity, including turnover information for the last three years and a list of their principal deliveries and services.
