Maintenance, repair and supply of telephone, nurse-call and anti-wandering systems and accessories for Villeurbanne care homes and independent-living residences

Summary

The contract covers maintenance, repair and supply of telephone systems, nurse-call systems, anti-wandering devices and accessories for the Villeurbanne CCAS care homes and independent-living residences. It is a framework agreement carried out through purchase orders, with an initial term of two years starting on 7 December 2026 or, if later, on the date of award. It may be tacitly renewed once for a further two years, for a total term of up to 48 months. There is no minimum order value. The maximum amount is €90,000 excluding VAT for the first two-year period and €30,000 excluding VAT for the following period. Prices are fixed during the first year and then reviewed annually on 1 January. Tenders will be assessed on technical quality (50%), environmental performance (10%) and price (40%). Bidders must provide the required declarations and demonstrate their turnover and workforce profile. Visits to the facilities are optional but strongly recommended.
